1. Annual Vacation Leave (Labour Code Section C18):

2. Social Security Board (ABSSB) Maternity Benefits:
- Maternity Allowance: Paid for up to 13 consecutive weeks (starting up to 6 weeks before expected delivery and continuing for at least 7 weeks post-birth).
- Benefit Rate: 60% of average weekly insurable earnings during the 52 weeks preceding the commencement of the maternity claim, capped at the insurable ceiling of EC$ 4,500/month (EC$ 1,038.46/week).
- Maternity Grant: A non-taxable lump-sum payment of EC$ 500.00 per child paid to an insured mother or the wife of an insured man.
