Residential Electricity Tariffs in Armenia (ENA & PSRC)
Electricity supply throughout the Republic of Armenia is distributed by Electric Networks of Armenia (ENA / Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր) and regulated by the Public Services Regulatory Commission (PSRC / ՀԾԿՀ):
- Two-Rate Metering (Day / Night Differential):
- Daytime Tariff (07:00 – 23:00): Standard consumption rate.
- Night-time Tariff (23:00 – 07:00): Reduced off-peak discount rate (approximately 10 AMD cheaper per kWh).
- Tiered Consumption Slabs (Inclusive of 20% VAT):
- Up to 200 kWh/month: Day: ~46.48 AMD/kWh | Night: ~36.48 AMD/kWh.
- 201 to 400 kWh/month: Day: ~48.48 AMD/kWh | Night: ~38.48 AMD/kWh.
- Above 400 kWh/month: Day: ~53.48 AMD/kWh | Night: ~43.48 AMD/kWh.
Statutory Regulatory Framework: Compliant with the Tax Code of the Republic of Armenia, Labor Code of the Republic of Armenia, Cadastre Committee statutory duties, and regulatory resolutions issued by the State Revenue Committee (SRC) and PSRC.
