- Innovation Income Deduction: Companies holding patents or qualifying software can deduct 85% of net innovation profits from their tax base.
- VVPR-bis Regime: Allows small business owners to extract dividends at 15% withholding tax instead of the standard 30% rate after a 3-year holding period.
