❓ Часто задаваемые правовые вопросы (FAQ)
What customs regulations govern imports into the Kyrgyz Republic?
As a member state of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), Kyrgyzstan applies the EAEU Unified Customs Code and the Common Customs Tariff (Единый таможенный тариф ЕАЭС - ЕТТ), which establishes harmonized ad valorem and specific tariff rates across Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia, and Kyrgyzstan.
What is the standard Value Added Tax (НДС) on imported goods?
Under Article 257 of the Tax Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, imported goods are subject to an import VAT rate of 12%. The VAT base equals: Customs Value (CIF) + Import Customs Duty + Excise Tax (if applicable).
What are the customs processing fees (таможенные сборы) in Kyrgyzstan?
Customs clearance fees for processing cargo declarations are established by Government Decree No. 256. They range from a flat 1,000 KGS for consignments valued up to 200,000 KGS, up to 5,000 KGS or more for large commercial shipments.
Are goods imported from other EAEU member countries subject to customs duties?
