Under Article 98 of Lao Labor Law No. 43/NA, female employees are entitled to 105 calendar days of fully paid maternity leave (at least 42 days must be taken after childbirth). For twins or multiple births, the leave entitlement is extended to 120 calendar days.

How are maternity leave wages funded between NSSF and the employer?
