Statutory Provisions on Leave & Holidays (Codul Muncii al Republicii Moldova):
• Statutory Paid Annual Leave (Art. 112): Minimum 28 calendar days per year for all employees (excluding non-working public holidays).
• Vacation Indemnity (Art. 117): Calculated using the employee's average daily wage over the preceding 3 months.
• Public Holiday Pay (Art. 158): Work performed on official non-working public holidays must be compensated at not less than double time (at least 200.0% of the regular rate).
