Nauru Employment Termination & Redundancy Standards
Under the Public Service Act 2016 and general employment standards in Nauru:
- Notice of Termination: Employers are required to give advance written notice (1 to 4 weeks depending on completed tenure) or provide equivalent salary compensation in lieu of notice.
