📌 DOLE Labor Code Premium & Holiday Rules
- Regular Holiday Pay (Art. 94): An employee is entitled to 100% of their daily wage even if unworked. If worked, they receive 200% (double pay) for the first 8 hours, and an overtime rate of 260%.
- Special Non-Working Days (Art. 93): Applies the principle of "no work, no pay" unless company policy states otherwise. If worked, the employee earns an extra 30% premium (130% total).
- Night Shift Differential (Art. 86): Every employee working between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM receives an additional night differential of not less than 10% of their regular wage for each hour worked.
