- Standard Progressive IMT Scale: Primary homes enjoy a tax-free exemption up to €101,917. Beyond that, marginal rates scale progressively: 2% up to €139,412; 5% up to €190,086; 7% up to €316,772; 8% up to €633,453; and a flat 6% or 7.5% on luxury estates.
