• First-Time Homebuyer Exemption / Refund (*Kupac prvog stana*):
- Existing Home: 100% exemption from 2.5% transfer tax for up to 40 m² for the buyer + 15 m² for each co-residing household member.
- New Construction: 100% refund (*refakcija*) of the 10.0% PDV on up to 40 m² for the buyer + 15 m² per family member.
• Public Notary Tariffs (Javnobeležnička tarifa): Regulated solemnization scale (~10,800 to 72,000+ RSD).
