Redundancy Pay Scale

  • Under 2 Years: No statutory redundancy pay required.
  • 2 to 10 Years: 2 weeks of basic pay per completed year of service.
  • 11 to 25 Years: 3 weeks of basic pay per completed year of service.
  • Over 25 Years: 4 weeks of basic pay for each year exceeding 25 years.
